After Week 3’s Monday Night Debacle in Seattle with the replacement officials, a deal was struck to bring the professional refs back for Week 4’s Thursday Night game in Baltimore. The Ravens took on the winless Browns at home and hung on to win 23-16 behind a strong night from Baltimore QB Joe Flacco. The most surprising story line at the quarter mark of the season is the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals improved to 4-0 with a 24-21 OT win against the Miami Dolphins after a TD pass on 4th and 10.
