Had to show lil man...well actually BIG MAN some love. Now a days kids are focused on tv, video games, sex, Waka Flaca etc....so its very random to come across a kid with a different focus. C.J. Senter's DVD, Workout Kid, is flying off the shelves and you can check it out right here. He also teaches a pre-teen fitness class at a local gym in Locust Grove, Atlanta...not to mention being a standout football player. Now thats #FRESH!!!
